There are many ways to make pizza dough. For this dough I use the help of my stand mixer and oven that has a proof function which basically means it’s set to 100°F. The dough is crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Forget your toaster, there is something really special and wonderful about charred bread. I like to use olive oil and garlic. But plain is just as good. All you need is a grill pan and a loaf of your favourite bread.

Making a balsamic glaze is really easy. It’s just reducing balsamic vinegar. This is a basic recipe that can be used for so many things. Drizzle it over crostini, cheese, even on strawberries with ice cream.

Oat flour may be hard to find, but is super easy to make. You can use any oats you like. I’ve used quick oats and rolled oats, but my favourite are steel cut oats.
