CHIA HYDRATOR
This is my go-to drink after swimming. It rehydrates me, replenishes my electrolytes, and gives me some protein and fiber from the chia seeds.
Chia seeds have so many health benefits and this is a nice way of getting them into your diet.
CHIA HYDRATOR
Ingredients
- 500 ml coconut water chilled
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Pour coconut water in a glass and add the chia seeds. Let steep for 10 minutes to activate the chia seeds.
- Serve cold.
Notes
Use pure coconut water, not the kind that is full of sugar and coconut jelly.Â
