Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml coconut water chilled
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Pour coconut water in a glass and add the chia seeds. Let steep for 10 minutes to activate the chia seeds.
  2. Serve cold.

Notes

Use pure coconut water, not the kind that is full of sugar and coconut jelly.
