This is my go-to drink after swimming. It rehydrates me, replenishes my electrolytes, and gives me some protein and fiber from the chia seeds. Chia seeds have so many health benefits and this is a nice way of getting them into your diet.
This is by far my favourite iced tea. It’s almost like to dessert. It’s sweet and creamy with all these wonderful spices infused into it. I look forward to making this in the summer, but can be savoured anytime of the year.
