KEFIR CUBES
For smoothies, my go to is kefir. It has all sorts of wonderful things in it for your tummy like probiotics. They come in fruit flavours as well. I always get the unsweetened plain kefir as I want to control the sugar and I add my own fruits. But you can freeze any flavour you want.
I started making kefir cubes because I never finished the bottle, it would expire before I could use it all and it was such a waste. Freezing them turned out to be a great idea and now I have kefir ready to go whenever I want.
