KEFIR CUBES

Equipment

  • ice cube trays

Materials

  • 1 bottle Kefir

Instructions

  • Give the bottle of kefir a good shake before you pouring.
  • Pour the kefir into the ice cube trays and freeze.
  • Once completely frozen, take out of the freezer and let defrost for 5 minutes on the counter. This will make it easier to unmold.
  • Unmold the kefir cubes and put in a freezer bag or container and keep frozen until you need to use it.

Notes

If you don't want frozen kefir. Take the kefir cubes and put in a bowl and let melt at room temperature. Give it a mix and use or store in the fridge.
