RASPBERRY MINT MOSCATO COCKTAIL

I first made this as the signature cocktail at my cousin’s bachelorette party. It was a mix of a cocktail and dessert and looked really pretty. Everyone loved it.

RASPBERRY MINT MOSCATO COCKTAIL
Ingredients
- 1 bottle moscato bubby red or pink
- 500 ml raspberry sorbet
- mint leaves for garnish
Mint Simple Syrup
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
- Pour moscato and simple syrup into a pitcher.
- To serve a glass, put a few scoop of sorbet into the glass. Pour over the moscato mix and garnish with mint.
Mint Simple Syrup
- In a small pot of medium heat, add the water and sugar. Once dissolved add the mint. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let cool.
- Remove mint leaves.
