RASPBERRY MINT MOSCATO COCKTAIL

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle moscato bubby red or pink
  • 500 ml raspberry sorbet
  • mint leaves for garnish
Mint Simple Syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

Method
 

  1. Pour moscato and simple syrup into a pitcher.
  2. To serve a glass, put a few scoop of sorbet into the glass. Pour over the moscato mix and garnish with mint.
Mint Simple Syrup
  1. In a small pot of medium heat, add the water and sugar. Once dissolved add the mint. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and let cool.
  3. Remove mint leaves.
