ELECTRIC ORANGE JUICE

Okay, I know the filters in this photo clearly play a part in the electric look of the juice, but so does the ginger. This orange juice is packed with vitamins and a great pick-me-up for that mid-day hump. It is pulpy, so if you don’t care for pulp like me, strain it before drinking.

• 3 carrots 
• 3 oranges
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 knob ginger

Equipment

• electric juicer

Method

 

1. Juice all of the above.
2. Serve over ice.

Notes

Sometimes to change it up I add a 1/4 of a pineapple and some turmeric.

Note: turmeric stains EVERYTHING so be careful with it.
