LEMON JUICE

I love this lemon juice. I use it for lemon water, lemonade, and mixed drinks. It tastes like fresh squeezed lemons.

LE CREUSET KETTLE

This is a nice size and a good whistling kettle. I got mine in Caribbean Blue as that’s my Le Creuset colour.

THE GINGER PEOPLE SWEET GINGER CHILI SAUCE

This is similar to a thai chili sauce and is the best one…and only one I buy. It’s sweet and spicy with a hit of ginger.

This is a roasted red pepper and eggplant spread that can be used for so many things like my Turk’ish eggs.

SPROUTED FLAX SEED POWDER

Super nutritious and an easy boost for your smoothies, oatmeal, or my Tahini Flax Hearts.

BONE BROTH

This instant bone broth is great for soups, smoothies, or just having it with hot water. It’s easier to have opposed to the liquid broth or making it yourself.

HEMP HEARTS

I like to sprinkle these on salads or make my Piri Piri Hemp Hearts with them.

This is a staple in my pantry. I have it with hot water when my throat is sore or make a cocktail with it like my Mango Basil Mimosa.

You don’t think you need one until you’ve tried one. It’s great for doing a fine grating of things like lemon zest and parmesan.

An essential in every kitchen. It’s a nice set with different sizes. They can be used for serving, storing, and mixing.

These were given to me as a gift 20 years ago and they still look brand new. I’ve bought plastic ones over the years, but these ones have stayed with me.

This was a birthday present that started my Le Creuset collection. These cast iron pans are very good quality. They are expensive, but you only buy them once.

OPEN STAR PIPING TIP #1M

If you only have one icing tip, it should be this. It’s the starter tip and is good for cakes, cupcakes, even devilled eggs and mashed potatoes.
