PICKLED RED ONIONS

Course: Side Dish

Materials

  • glass jar with sealed top
  • red onions sliced
  • white wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Peel onions and cut in half. Then thinly slice them and put into the glass jar.
  • Pack the onions in. Once full pour the vinegar into the jar completely covering the onions.
  • Seal and keep in the fridge

Notes

There are no measurements here as it depends on the jar you use. Use as many onions as you need to fill the jar.
