- Wash all the fruits and vegetables.
- Place all of the fruits and veggies in a juicer and enjoy.
- I like it over ice, and drink it right away.
Notes
With fresh juice, it's best to drink it in about 15 minutes as you get the most nutrition from it.
If you want to make a big batch and have it for the day. Fill a glass jar with a sealed lid to the top (no air) and close. Keep in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Freezing? I wouldn't. Fresh juice is best made to order.
