Cut loaf into ¾ inch slices. Brush with olive oil.
Place on a hot grill plan for 3 minutes each side.
Once done, rub with raw garlic if desired.
Notes
A grill pan is required to make those wonderful grill marks. I like to rub raw garlic on after which give it a hint of garlic, but that is optional. Use good bread, a nice sourdough or rye.
