Method
- In a pot on medium heat, add the frozen strawberries, sugar, pink peppercorns, and lemon peel.
- Let simmer till the strawberries breakdown.
- Once the sugar it melted and the berries an bubbling in their juices, mash the berries to break them up. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Take off heat and let cool. Put in a blend and blend to a smooth puree.
- Distribute mixture into 4 champagne glasses. Pour prosecco in the glasses and serve.
