In a pot on high heat, add water and bone broth. Bring to a boil.
Once bone broth is dissolved, pour in quinoa in and stir.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Once done, take off the heat and fluff with a fork.
Notes
I like to buy the bags of sprouted quinoa from Organic Traditions. I make the whole bag, then once the quinoa is cooled, I put it in freezer bag in 1 cup portions.
