HEMP SEED PARMESAN

Yield: 1 cup

Equipment

  • food processor

Materials

  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  •  Put all ingredients into a food processor and grind to a parmesan consistency
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

I use my Nutribullet with the grinder blade to get that parmesan consistency. 
Use this as you would parmesan in your dishes. 
What's nutritional yeast? Common among vegans for it's B12 content, it's a deactivated yeast.
