Pour condensed milk into a bowl. Add the green tea powder and stir slowly until incorporated. Do not whisk or you will have green tea powder everywhere.
Once the green tea and condensed milk are mixed together, pour the whipped cream into the mixture. Whisk the cream to soft peaks. You should have a beautiful pale green cream.
Pour into a freezable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve with a drizzle of honey and sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
