Preheat oven to 350℉
In a large bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds increments stirring each time until melted.
Add the almond oil.
Add egg yolks. Whisk in to incorporate.
Add cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar, espresso powder, vanilla, and almond extract.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt. Once it has doubled in volume, fold into chocolate mixture.
Spray springform pan with cooking spray and pour in mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
