AMARETTO ICE CREAM

Ingredients
  

  • 473 ml whipping cream 35% MF
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp amaretto liquor 
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • 20 amaretti cookies crushed

Method
 

  1. Using a mixer, whip cream to soft peaks. 
  2. Add condensed milk, amaretto liquor, and almond extract. Mix again until everything is incorporated. 
  3. Fold in crushed amaretti cookies with a spatula.
  4. Put in freezable containers and freeze.
