This is a concentrated mix that you keep in your fridge.
I add about ¼ cup of this mix to 1 ½ cups of water and then a few drops of stevia to sweeten it.
I find liquid stevia works best in this recipe. In general, I find stevia is best for sweetening fruity things. It actually tastes like sugar in this drink and doesn’t have an aftertaste.I love the addition of cranberry. Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants. They also are beneficial to urinary tract, digestive system, and heart health. Since I drink this everyday, I use a straw because the acid from the lemon and apple cider vinegar aren’t great for your teeth.
