Put prosciutto and bread on a cookie sheet and drizzle the bread with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until the bread is toasted and the prosciutto crisp. Rub the toast with the clove of garlic while hot.
In a bowl, combine radicchio, onion, olive oil, balsamic, parmesan, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with 2 forks.
Spoon burrata on the toasts. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Top with the salad.
Finish with the prosciutto.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

I call these my breakfast toasts. This is one of my favourites but you can make so many variations. All you need is a soft cheese, salad, meat, bread, and olive oil.
