raspberry sorbet
mint leaves
for garnish
Mint Simple Syrup
½
cup
water
½
cup
sugar
4
sprigs
fresh mint
Instructions
Pour moscato and simple syrup into a pitcher.
To serve a glass, put a few scoop of sorbet into the glass. Pour over the moscato mix and garnish with mint.
Mint Simple Syrup
In a small pot of medium heat, add the water and sugar. Once dissolved add the mint. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and let cool.
Remove mint leaves.
