TAHINI FLAX HEARTS

These are a the perfect snack to pop in your mouth. Even though they are small, they are quite filling.

Servings 16

1/2 cup tahini
1 cup sprouted flax meal
1/4 monk fruit sugar
2 tablespoons melted coconut
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

Put coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted.

Mix all the other ingredients together and add the coconut oil.

Put into molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Remove from the mold and put in an airtight container.

Keep frozen.

I will have two at a time as a serving, as they are filling with the tahini and flax seeds. When they come to room temperature they get soft and will fall apart, so it is best to keep them frozen.
